If you want to save money and have a professional review your next home then Rooney Home Inspections is it. Erick is very professional and knowledgeable. During the inspection, he took the time to find issues that were not evident. He helped us find what we needed to know. And proceed with the purchase of the best of terms for us. I truly cannot say enough about the professionalism and quality of Rooney Home Inspections. Purchasing a very old farm house is a dream come true but very scary as well. Navigating through my home Inspection report will help me to prioritize repair work by levels as well as photos, diagrams and understandable written details and findings so I'm aware of absolutely everything. I now feel such peace, knowing my "new" home may be a forever project and needs a great deal of work, on all levels, but I feel like I have a written plan making it easy for me to tackle and consult with the recommended contractors for the needed repairs. Eric Rooney is very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and his quality of work is evident. He goes above and beyond expectations. He is knowledgeable in what to look for, along with providing feedback on what would be a an immediate problem to address vs something that I could just watch out for as the home buyer. It was extremely convenient that he's certified to do all your home inspections in one go - including things like mold, and sewer! I highly recommend Rooney Home Inspections
